There was no winner of the lotto jackpot of €17,000. The numbers from the first draw were 7, 20, 21, 27. The numbers of the second draw were 9, 12, 19, 25. Winners of the €25 prize were Sandra Reddy, Pat Raleigh, Frances Moore, Seamie Nolan and Mossie Talbot. Promoters prize went to P. Kane.
Well done to our Seniors who drew with Round Towers in the final of the Morrin Cup Sunday evening last.
U11's played their last round of the league on Wednesday night last at home against Raheens. This was a game of two halves with Suncroft dominating the first half and Raheens the second. The game ended in a draw 2-5 to 2-5. David Sutton and Christian Philips were the goal scorers for the Croft. Best for Suncroft were D J Brannock, Conor Smyth, Christian Philips, David Sutton, Kallum Ennis and Adam Maher. U11's are in semi-final of shield against Ballykelly on Thursday 14th May at 7pm in Ballykelly. All support greatly appreciated.
U14's start league on Wednesday 13th May at home against Ballyna at 7pm.
Congratulations to Ciaran Troy and Brendan Kane from Suncroft Under 14 team on having made the Kildare Under 14 panel.
SUNCROFT LADIES GAA will hold their annual Race Night Fundraiser in the Bush Pub on Saturday 16th May 2009. First Race at 9pm. Horses are 20 euro each and Sponsorship per Race is 70 euro. All available from any club member. All support is greatly appreciated.
