Ned Carey RIP
It was with great sadness that we learned today of the passing away of Ned Carey. Ned had represented the club as a player, served the club as a mentor, and was always a loyal member of Donaghmore / Ashbourne CLG. We extend our deepest condolences to his wife Moira, and family, especially his daughter Jackie Lynch who works in reception for the club. Ar Dheis De go raibh a anam dilis.
Ned will be reposing at Ryan's Funeral Home Ashbourne from 4:00 PM this afternoon, with removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception at 7:00 PM. Funeral takes place tomorrow at 11:00 AM, with burial in the adjoining cemetary.

Congratulations to Paddy Joe Moran who won the storytelling competition in the Final of Meath Senior Scor recently.
He will now take on the winners of Dublin , Kildare , Louth and Offaly on Saturday 26th February at 3:00 PM in St Laurence's Hall , Athy , Co. Kildare - in the first of two Leinster Semi-Finals.
Let’s support him and enjoy a good evening’s entertainment !
Well done also to Colm Mor O' Mealoid (solo singer), Brendan Hally and Ciaran Benville (quiz team) who ably represented the club at the same event.

Members are advised that Food Is Available in teh Bar on Friday and Saturday evenings. Check out our New Dining facilities in the Members Bar. Sunday Lunches also available. Catering is now provided by the Right Catering Company.
