Ladies

Our Under 14 Feile team, their mentors and their families have asked us to pass on their thanks for the great show of support they received on Sunday night at their Family Fun & Bingo Fundraiser. Thanks to everyone who made donations, gave prizes and turned up to support the girls and enjoy their event! The girls promised us a great evening's entertainment and that's exactly what they gave us!

Under 14 Senior Girls won against Simonstown. Final Score  Royal Gaels 4-11 Simonstown 0-2

Under 12 Girls

Our Under 12 girls showed great character in what was a tough match against Walterstown last week. Royal Gaels came back from a non ideal start having conceded 2 goals in the first 2 minutes of the game to steady the ship and put in a stellar performance over the rest of the match. Unfortunately time ran out for the girls just as they were beginning to get into the game and they didn't get to push on when Walterstown looked vulnerable. An unfortunate clash of heads between 2 of our players meant Abby mc Hugh had to sit out the last qtr. The step up to Division 1 has been a steep learning curve for our U12's but they are learning from each experience and are really beginning to form as a strong team. Final score Walterstown 2-1 Royal Gaels 0-2.Next match away on Wednesday against Seneschalstown
