Get your tickets and be there to cheer our girls on.

Path to the Final.
The Dunshaughlin & Royal Gaels Senior Ladies have set themselves up for a shot at the treble in 2024. Already with the Adult League Division 1 title and Jack Kiernan Cup in the bag, they look to add the KEPAK Senior Championship to the trophy cabinet this coming Saturday.
The run to the final has been notable for the consistent performances and convincing margins of victory against some excellent sides.
Round 1 v Navan O’Mahoney’s
Won 5-07 to 1-11
Wednesday 14th August.
This was a tough opening round. A goal rush in the first half for the Dunshaughlin girls effectively sealed the deal. Highlights were Niamh McEntee contributing 2-03 to the scoreboard and the great runs out of defence by Karla Kealy. We did concede a goal during a period where we had a player yellow carded and built up a lot of wides particularly in the first half. The second half was more accurate, and the 8 point victory was secured.
Round 2 v Oldcastle
Won 2-15 to 1-05
Friday 23rd August
A minute's silence was held before the throw in for Royal Gaels co-founder Catherine McHale who had very sadly passed away that week.
It was a very convincing first half by the black and amber side. Mary McDonagh and Ella Moyles having a fine outing in midfield. The shooting accuracy in windy conditions was very impressive. Niamh O’Sullivan chipped in with 0-05 and Anna Moyles with 1-03. Michelle O’Hare pulled of a fine penalty save in the first half to restrict the home team to just one point in that first half.
They conceded what was to be the second and last goal of the campaign in the second half which was cancelled out when Ciara Gorman finished to the net. This was to turn out to be another well controlled win .
Round 3 v Na Fianna
Won 3-11 to 0-03
Friday 6th September.
A tough physical battle saw the Dunshaughlin Ladies post a convincing half time lead, again conceding only a single point.
There were big contributions from Ciara Gorman(2-03), Meadhbh Byrne(0-03) and Laura Murray (0-02). The scoring rate was backed up by a mean defence, led by the impressive captain Sadhbh O’Muiri, that saw the girls top their group. A coveted home semi-final was secured.
Semi Final v Donaghmore Ashbourne
Won 3-14 to 0-05.
Friday 27th September.
This was a much slower start for the Dunshaughlin girls but eventually they got to the half time whistle with another big lead. Niamh Gallogly(0-02) and Elena Kennedy(0-01) were highly influential on the night. The game did taper off a bit in the last quarter but the place in the final was secured.
The impressive part of the win was the quality of the bench. Huge impact from quality players and the highlight a brilliant point with her first touch from Laura Bourke.
The Minnis Developments Ltd. sponsored Dunshaughlin and Royal Gaels team meet St. Peters Dunboyne for the 3rd successive time in the senior championship final. Just to emphasize the task ahead, Dunboyne ladies make their 6th senior final appearance In a row.
This Dunshaughlin team will need to be at their very best on Saturday. They have a hugely talented squad of players, a strong Management team, great sponsors and are fully supported by the club. We hope everyone can get out in black and amber on Saturday to Páirc Tailteann at 3:30pm to cheer them to another Kepak Senior Championship title.

Senior Men
Congrats to our Senior men’s team and management on their victory over Dunboyne in their Semi-Final, qualifying for the Senior Final against Wolfe Tones in two week’s time. Well done to all.
