The numbers from Monday night’s Lotto draw were 12, 17, 22, 28. There were two Match 3 winners, Brendan O’Mara and Rita Killoran, who each win €100. Next week’s jackpot will be €6,800.

Congrats to our five Under 16 players who were part of the Meath team that defetaed Dublin in the Gerry O Reilly Cup final on Sunday evening in Oldcastle. The five were: Conor Gray, Aaron Murphy, John Mc Donagh, Fursey Blake & Ruairi Kinsella. Well done all.
Great achievemnet also by Donagh McCarriock who was one of the victorious Meath Under 15 team v Cork in the Shield final.
Big day at the club on Sunday, as apart from the games on the field it is also our Family Sports Day. Starting at 2 p.m. it will run for two hours and include athletic races, tug-o-war, penalty shoot, novelty stalls, gear exchange etc. Weather forecast is looking very positive and all are welcome for a great day’s fun.
You can drop all unwanted gear (in good condition) such as hoodies, tracksuits, jerseys, football boots etc to the clubhouse on Friday between 6pm and 7pm or to Donna at 74 Maeldúin. There will be a Pop-Up shop at the Sports on Sunday with the donated items available.
Hard luck to the under 14 Boys who lost out 2-12 to 0-7 in the recent semi-final v St Colmcilles but they’ve had a very good campaign.
The club will hold a Special General Meeting on Wednesday 5thSeptember at 8 p.m. in . The only item on the agenda will be a proposal to reschedule the club’s current mortgage with the bank. All paid up members welcome.
The Meath County Board House Draw is ongoing. If you buy a €100 ticket before Friday next 30thAugust you will be included in a draw for two free All-Ireland tickets. Tickets from Jim Gilligan 086-8291816 and Mairéad Delaney 087-6479514.
