The numbers drawn in our most recent Lotto draw were 3, 7, 23, 25. The jackpot was not won while there were four Match 3 winners: The McCormack family, Declan Byrne, Kieran Doherty and Andy Byrne. Each wins €50. The Jackpot for the next draw is €1,200.
Lally McCormack, RIP
Our sympathy to the McCormack family on the death of Lally, a man who devoted so much time to the club and brought great fun and humour to everything he did. Sincere sympathy to his family, Cathal, Aislinn, Grace, Sabina and their partners and children and Lally’s wide circle of friends. The turn out at his funeral was an acknowledgement of his contribution to club and community. May he rest in peace. A club tribute will be found on the club’s Facebook page.
Men’s A League
Our senior men were held to a draw in Skryne on Sunday in the second round of the A League with both teams finishing on eight points. The next outing is home to Oldcastle on Wednesday week, 13thFebruary at 8 p.m. Check our Facebook page for a report on the Skryne game.
Well done to the Dunshaughlin CC seniors who beat St Joseph’s Drogheda in the North Leinster semi-final in Dunshaughlin last week by 4-15 to 1-8. There is no date for the final yet.
Operation Transformation
Our Operation Transformation walk continues this Thursday from the clubhouse. Register at the Clubhouse from 7.15 for a 7.30 start and a finish around 8pm. All very welcome. Please bring a Hi-Vest vest.
National Club Draw Tickets
There is still a chance to buy a €10 ticket in the GAA’s National Club Draw. First prize is a Renault Clio with shopping, travel vouchers etc as prizes also. Bying a ticket gives you a chance of winning and supports the club, as all ticket money goes to the club. Croke Park provides the prizes. Club Membership
Club membership for 2019 is now due. You can pay online at www.dunshaughlingaa.com You can pay in full or in two instalments in February and March. All membership must be paid by 31stMarch.
