Well done to the St. Maur’s Senior Footballers who had a great win over NaFianna in one of the best games witnessed by many of that travelling fans thereon the night. Trailing by 8 points at half time the Maur’s came back to beat NaFianna by a point. Also well done to the U16 footballers who made it to thechampionship semi-finals with a great win over Trinity Gaels by 3.16 to 2.4.Winning by 7 points at half time the opposition got it back to a point in the 2ndhalf before a strong and spirited comeback sealed a great win. Roll on Scoil Ui Chonaill in the semi-finals this Saturdayat home. Please come and show your support. The team would also like to wish a speedy recovery toStephen Wilde who is recovering in hospital after sustaining a bad injury. Getwell soon.
