Our donors board nearly ready to hang in the foyer. It’s not too late to get “on board” Please get in touch with a committee member to donate, see website for details. We still need a lot of funding to finish the project with floodlights and there’s plenty of room for your name. Best of luck to Kerri Austin and Zara Thorne playing with Dublin U14s in the All Ireland Camogie blitz Saturday in Abbotstown. Hard luck to our adult hurlers who lost out in the IHC quarter finals at Erin's Isle by two points Saturday evening, which is the club's first year to play at this level in adult hurling. Our Senior Camogie team welcomed St. Brides of Dundalk for a challenge game. It was great practice ahead of championship and everyone put their heart and soul into it. It proved to be very entertaining and Maurs finished 7 points up. Our U16 boys who beat div 1 side Fingallians in U16B hurling championship. Well done to the u15 girls who beat st Jude’s 6-13 to 1-1 in the championship today making it 2 wins from 2. Well done to our U14 girls who had another win Friday night in their Div 2 football championship. It was a tough game against strong opposition and they fought hard as a team - Fingallians 6-04, Maurs 8-11 Another couple of good games Saturday as our u12 and u13 boys hosted St. Brigids and St. Vincent's respectively. Both Maurs teams emerged victorious with scores of 5-16 to 2-6 for the u12s and 5-15 to 3-7 for the u13s.
