We had no winner in our Facebook Live lotto draw for a €16,800 jackpot on Sunday night. Numbers drawn were 8,12,35,36. We had no match 3 so five lucky dips shared €100; Mary T Ruane, Craughwell; Tom Walsh; Mary Ward, Donaghpatrick; Mary Shaughnessy, Hollymount; Claire Kenny, Cloonkeely, Claran. Next lotto draw will be on Sunday April 28th on Facebook Live at 9pm and the jackpot will be €16,950. Tickets can be bought on our website and in Tesco, Monaghan's Centra, The Trading Post, Ted McHugh's, The Angler's Rest and Varley's. Junior B's opened their championship campaign with a 0-13 to 0-9 win away to neighbours Caherlistrane. Next game is May 2nd at home to Milltown at 8pm. U-19's played Kilkerrin/Clonberne in the first round of the league at home last week, winning 3-9 to 1-12. A poor first half against the wind left us well behind at half time. However a dominant second half saw us hold the opposition to one point while scoring big ourselves. Next game is fixed for May 1st away to St Brendan's. U-17's play Caherlistrane at home on Sunday at 5.30pm.
