Thanks very much to Killanin's senior team who visited our Intermediates for a challenge last Friday night to kick off our season for 2018.
In what was a tight game, Headford came out with a narrow victory. Well done to the 26 lads who played on the night. We had some debutants who played particularly well including Colin O'Reilly, Rob Forde, Conor Walsh and Sean Monaghan as well as good performances from from a few players returning to the first team Stephen Monaghan, Darragh Bane and Enda Hannon.
Our next game is Friday night when we play Tuam Stars Senior team at home with a 7pm start in another pre season challenge. Thanks to all who came out to support on such a cool evening.
Training continues Tuesday at 8pm, all welcome.
Huge thanks to Joyce's Supermarkets & the guys at Pizza M for providing the food for both teams after the game.

Well done to clubman Tony O'Reilly and all who participated in the Headford version of Operation Transformation.
