County Hurling League In Round 3 we played St Marys Clonmel in Kilcommon on Sunday 9th April. St Marys settled the fastest and dominated the early skirmishes and raced into a 3-1 lead. We eventually settled and with Patrick Carey punishing any indiscretions we grabbed a foothold and led at the break on a scoreline of 13-10. In the second half we enjoyed the benefit of the breeze and with a major impact from substitutes we raced clear in the 3rd quarter. The game finished on a scoreline of 0-25 to 0-16 in our favour. We are in second place in the group to Moyne Templetouhy on score difference. In our next game we travel to Moyle Rovers at a date to be confirmed.
West Junior B Hurling League In Round 1 we play Solohead in Solohead at 7pm on Tuesday 11th, we play Lattin Cullen Gaels in Kilcommon on Tuesday 18th and Cappawhite in Kilcommon on Tuesday 25th.
Minor Football In round 1 we fell to defeat to Clonoulty Rossmore in Clonoulty Thursday 6th April on a scoreline of 0-10 to 3-09. In Round 2 we face Cappawhite Gaels in Emly at 6.45pm on Thursday 13th April.
