The st Brigids Gaa club lotto draw held on the 26th June 2022 for a Jackpot of €2000. There was no outright winner. The numbers drawn were 10 14 17 & 30. Winner of the €40 was Eddie Nugent an the three winners of the €20 were liz Edgeworth Tony Dooner and Thomas Casey. The next lotto will be held in the Chestnut Tree Killashee on 10 July 2022 for a Jackpot of €2060. Tickets available now for this draw. GOLF SCRAMBLE
Our Bord na Mona Golf Scramble took place on June 17th last in Longford Golf Club. We would like to thank the 60 or so teams, tees and greens sponsors for their support on the day, making it a very successful event. Despite the weather not helping we had some good golf on the day with the winning group, Cathal Shannons team, coming back with a 66, followed by Pat Farrells team with a 69. The best GUI was won by Seamus Murrays Team with nearest pin won by Sean Hatton and the longest drive was won by Sam Moran. The presentation of prizes took place in McPartland on that night. Thanks once again to all 60 sponsors , and to the various people who did all the work to make the event a success.
