DEVELOPMENT DRAW
Well done to all ticket sellers. We have now reached 1,454 ticket sales. Can we ask all ticket sellers to make a big effort this week to get us over the 1,500 ticket sales. Anyone with tickets sold can you please return stubs and monies to us by Wednesday night. As the evenings get longer and restrictions are eased we hope sellers will be able to get outside our parish within the next few weeks. For family and friends away from the parish, tickets can also be purchased on Clubforce, https://clubforce.com/clubs/gaa-killashee-st-brigids-gaa-longford/. Development work will hopefully begin again shortly and we should see our new clubhouse taking shape over the coming months.
SCRAP METAL
As with scrap metal prices rising we are in the process of completing a consignment for recycling. We are hoping to have a load completed within the next few weeks. If anyone has any scrap metal to dispose of it can be dropped off in a safe manner at Liam Farrell's workshop Mon. - Fri. 8.30am -6pm or Sat. 8.30 am -1pm. If you wish to have it collected or in doubt about acceptable scrap items you can contact Liam on 086 1632842. All monies raised goes towards the running of our club.
SYMPATHY
The club would like to express their sincere sympathy to our former parish priest Fr. Patsy McDermott and family on the passing of his Dad. May he rest in peace.
