1989 Championship:
The club has organised a get together of the 1989 Senior Championship winners (our last Senior win) in the Stile on Friday 13th December. This should be a great night to reminisce and replay the many great moments with all those involved in this historic win. All are welcome

Senior Citizen Christmas party:
The community committee must be commended for hosting a Seniors Citizen party for over 50 community members on Sunday last. In addition to the excellent fare served by Shirley and Co  the entertainment by our schoolchildren and local artist was most enjoyable Well done to all concerned

Rosemount man Transformation challenge:
Well done to our own Alan (Murf) Mullen who made the final selection as one of the candidates for the" Operation Transformation "challenge which goes out on RTE 1 in January. Some of you will have heard Alan talk recently on the John Murray radio show of his wish to be selected for this event. Apart from Alan's wish to shed some weight (which I have no doubt he will)it will be yet another opportunity to put Rosemount on the map. Alan got a great start from his many friends and well wishers who turned up in the Stile last night. Alan we are all with you in your challenge and wish you every success to achieve your gaol. Go for it

Web Camera:
Coming up to Christmas time people away from home may like to tune into our local church ceremonies which can be done with our web cam : www.mcnmedia.tv/ (Rosemount is the 10th on right hand side)web cam  is live only during church ceremonies

Community Alert:
At this time of the year in particular we should ALL be more vigilant about security in our homes .Any strange movements of persons and cars should be reported to the Garda Siochana. The community alert committee will be only too happy to help with security advise ,alarms etc
