LOTTO:
There was no winner of the lotto jackpot and two match 3s Aidan Donnellan and Majella Melody. The numbers drawn were 3, 5, 16, 28. Next week’s jackpot is €4,550 with the draw in the Cellar Bar.

MENS NOTES:
We have been drawn to play Naomh Anna, Leitir Mór in the quarter final of senior football championship. The ties will be played on the weekend August 31/September 1. Well done to our Juniors who defeated Claregalway by 12 pts to 2-5 in the A Football C'Ship - North Semi Final in Tuam Stadium on Friday evening. Headford defeated Corofin by 2-10 to 2-9 in the minor championship replay in Tuam last Tuesday evening. This was another exciting & tense game – well done to all involved and hard luck. The under 21 A Football Championship - North, Corofin V Ballinasloe, was refixed for 7.15 pm on this Tuesday evening, in Tuam Stadium. Congrats to U-16 panel member Jonas Fallon who represented Galway in the 'Best of the Best' skills competition in Croke Park last Wednesday. Jonas came 6th, which is a great achievement. We are all very proud of him. The under 16 championship begins on Tuesday 27th when we play Barna in Corofin at 7.00 pm. Our under 13 team were beaten by a strong Claregalway side by 4-7 to 4-4. We play Salthill / Knocknacarra on Thursday evening 22nd of August in the Prairie, Salthill at 7:00 pm. U6/U8 continue training on Saturday in Belclare @10:00.

LADIES NOTES:
Seniors play in the Championship semi-final this Saturday 24th August against Dunmore, venue and time tbc. Well done to Roisín and Tracey Leonard, Aoife Newell, Cliodhna Moloney and Leonie Higgins who were part of the Galway Senior panel who beat Tyrone in the TG4 All-Ireland quarter final last Saturday. Well done to U16s who played Claregalway in the League last Sunday evening, but were defeated by the narrowest of margins, Corofin 5-11 to Claregalway 4-15. Training continues for Junior, Minor and U16 this Thursday at 7pm. Well done to U10s who played Claregalway last week and what a great display of football from the girls, well done. Congrats to Galway Minor Ladies and management on winning the All-Ireland final last week. Congrats to all students on their leaving Certificate results, the Club wishes you all the best in your future paths.
