LOTTO:
The numbers drawn in the lotto were 6, 8, 16, 30. There was no winner of the lotto and no match 3s. Next week’s jackpot is €3,650, with the draw taking place in Rafterys.

MENS NOTES:
We are delighted that the President of the GAA Mr Liam O’Neill and other representatives of the GAA, the club and the Molloy and Mannion families will be attending a wreath laying ceremony at the graves of Tom Molloy RIP and Joe Mannion RIP, in Cummer Cemetery, Corofin on Sunday 14 July. The ceremony will commence with Mass at 6.30 pm.
The full programme is as follows:
6.30 Mass in Cummer Cemetery celebrated by Fr Patrick Mullins and Canon Martin Gleeson.
7.30 Arrival of Uachtaráin, Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, Liam O'Neill.
· Welcome by Michael Ryder, Cathaoirleach, Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, Corafinne.
· Life and times of Tom Molloy and Joe Mannion by Tony Mannion.
· Address by Noel Treacy, Cathaoirleach Coiste Contae na Gaillimhe.
· Wreath laying ceremony.
· Closing address by Liam O’Neill, Uachtaráin, Cumann Lúthchleas Gael
8.30 Refreshments in Raftery’s, Corofin.
Senior football league, played in Corofin on Sunday - win for Corofin by 2-14 to 0-12 over Caherlistrane. A good win - well done.
The seniors play Caherlistrane again in the Leo Kenny Cup @ 7.30 on Tuesday in Caherlistrane.
Tuam defeated Corofin by 2 points in the Minor A Championship North. Tuam 1-10 to Corofin 1-8.

LADIES NOTES:
Senior ladies started their Championship campaign last Sunday 7th July away to Caltra Cuans on a score line of Corofin 5-6 to Claregalway 4-5. Amy O'Donovan (Captain) accepted the trophy from County Chairman Con Moynihan, Well done girls on a deserved win in such hot conditions. Training continues at all levels this week.
Family fun day: Corofin Ladies GFC are holding their annual Family fun day this Sunday 14th July in Belclare pitch from12pm. It's a day that promises fun, football, great food, music and lots of craic. This year there will be a 'car boot sale' been held so its a chance for you to clear out the shed, attic or playroom, slots are €20 and can be paid on the day. Football blitzes for U8s, U10s and U12s throughout the day. There will also be a mixed blitz for U14s, U16s, minors, juniors and senior players, you can also invite your friends from other clubs to play in this blitz. Please support this annual fundraiser.
Church gate collection for Corofin Ladies this weekend in Belclare and Corofin, please contact Mary Ryan or Anne Canney if you can help at any of the masses.
Best of luck to our Senior ladies and U16s who are part of the Galway panels who play in their Connacht finals at the weekend. U16s play on Saturday 13th July and Seniors play on Sunday 14th July in Tuam Stadium. Best of luck also to our U12 girls who are playing at half time in the Senior Connacht final at the weekend.
