LOTTO:
There was no winner of the lotto – the numbers drawn were 6, 9, 16, 19. There were three match 3s, Mattie Keane, Mary Nolan and Tony Whelan. Next week’s jackpot is €3,500, with the draw taking place in Canavans, Belclare.
MEN’S NOTES:
Congratulations and hard luck to our Under 14 girls who performed so well in Féile 2013 in Derry over the weekend. Although they lost out to a very stong Foxrock-Cabinteely team in the final, they did their parish, their familes and themselves proud, A full report on the weekend games is featured in the Ladies Notes.
Corofin defeated Kilconnell in the Under 12 Easyfix League Final on Saturday 29 June in Kilconnell. Congratulation and well done to the team and mentors.
Corofin were defeated by Tuam Stars in the Junior A Championship North on Sunday by 1-19 to 3-03. We play Claregalway in the U14 Football Championship – Div 1 on Wednesday at 7.00 pm in Corofin. Please come out and support Corofin, who are playing the newly crowned 2013 Féile champions.
Our minors play Tuam Stars in the Minor A Championship North on Wednesday at 8.00 pm in Tuam Stadium.
We play Claregalway in the Under 12 Development League on Thursday 4 July at 7.30 pm in Knockdoe.
Under 10s play Claregalway on Saturday in Belclare at 11. Players please be in Belclare at 10.45.
The annual Kevin Killeen tournament takes place on Saturday 27th of July as part of the Gathering.
There will be no texts sent out for this match so pass the word around.

Congratulations to Claregalway Under 14 boys, who became the fifth Galway team to win Féile at the weekend.
LADIES NOTES:

The girls now have to prepare for the U14 Division 1 League final vs Claregalway on next Monday 8th July in Monivea at 7pm. Good luck girls and please support the team.
Senior ladies commence their first round of the Championship away to Caltra Cuans this Sunday 7th July at 6.30pm, training continues this Thursday in Belclare ar 6.30pm, please support.
U16s and Juniors train as usual, well done to Chelsey Blade, Aoife Creaven and Jessica Flathery who are part of the U16 County panel on their great win over Leitrim last Thursday. They have now qualified for the Connacht final on July 13th, venue and time tbc. Remember to keep July 14th free as it will be our Family Fun day in Belclare, a day of football, food and fun.
