There was no winner of the lotto jackpot and one match 3 – Gay Mannion. The numbers drawn were 2, 8, 14, 18. Next week's jackpot is €3,050 with the draw in Canavan’s, Belclare.
Our seniors commence their league campaign next Saturday with a game against Kilkerrin-Clonberne at 3.00 pm in Clonberne GAA pitch.
The intermediates play their first game in the league on Sunday against Williamstown at 2.30 pm in Corofin.
The minor and under 12 games were both postponed last weekend.
In the U14 Football - Division 1B league, Corofin defeated Craughwell , 2-12 to 2-4.
Congrats to Galway under 21s who qualified for the Connacht Final defeating Mayo by 9 pts to 7 pts. Well done to the Corofin lads who all played their part – Tomás Healy, Liam Silke, Daithí Burke and Ian Burke.
At a recent committee meeting sympathies were expressed to the following: Ml Cogger, Corofin on the death of his mother; PJ Reilly, Gortbeg on the death of his aunt; Frank McGrath on the death of his aunt.
