On Saturday the Senior team played Oughterard in Pearse Stadium for Round 3 of the Championship. It was a very tight game with Oughterard leading by a point at the break. On Sunday the Intermediates played Monivea-Abbey in Tuam Stadium for Round 2 of the Intermediate Championship. It was a very strong Monivea-Abbey team, but the lads were able to work themselves into a two-point lead aby half-time. However, the second half proved more difficult as Monivea-Abbey were able to overcome that deficit and pipped the game with the scores finishing Corofin 0-12 Monivea-Abbey 0-13.
