CLUB NOTES
On Saturday evening Galway played the Connacht GAA FBD League Semi Final against Mayo in the AirDome at Bekan, Co. Mayo. Mayo started much stronger, and despite a rally in the 2nd half, Galway couldn’t recover and the game finished Galway 3-12 Mayo 2-18. Club players Bernard Power, Dylan McHugh, Dylan Canney and Ian Burke all started the game. The next game for Galway is against Mayo again for Round 1 of the Allianz Football League, 28th January at 7:30pm, in the McHale Park, Castlebar, Co. Mayo
2023 MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Club Membership for 2023 is now open for registration. Reminder to all Players that Membership must be paid before resuming any training or matches. Information on registration and links to our online partner Clubforce can be found here or please contact the Club Registrar.
GAA NATIONAL DRAW TICKETS
Tickets for the GAA National Club Draw 2023 have been distributed to members for sale. The draw is a great opportunity to raise funds to be used at Club level for the promotion of the GAA. The draw takes place on Wednesday 15th March 2023.
1st Prize is a new Dacia Duster car, 2nd Prize is a €2,000 cash prize with All-Ireland Final Packages for Football and Hurling making up the remainder of the prizes.
