CLUB NOTES
The 2022 Football Leagues kick off this weekend with the Intermediates playing against Cortoon Shamrocks away to Brownsgrove in Division 3A on Saturday 12th March at 4:30pm. The Seniors are starting their Division 1 campaign against Milltown in Corofin on Sunday 13th March at 11am. Best of luck to both teams for the year ahead.
Galway Footballers made it four wins from 4 games in the Allianz Football League with a 2-17 to 3-10 win over Offaly in Pearse Stadium on Sunday. Liam Silke and Dylan McHugh started for Galway. Galway’s next game is against Clare in Tuam Stadium on Sunday 13th March at 2pm.
Hard luck to Daithí Burke and the Galway Hurler’s in their defeat by Cork in the Allianz Hurling League. Galway’s next game is against Clare in Pearse Stadium on Sunday 20th March at 1:45pm.

UNDERAGE NOTES:
Our u16s train every Thursday on the Astro in Belclare. It is important that all players attend in preparation for the upcoming development league.
Well done to the U15s who had a great work out last Sunday against Padraic Pearse’s. Thanks to the Roscommon side for making the journey to Belclare.
The U13s train as usual on Friday at 6 in the Astro and take on Doonbeg from Clare in Belclare on Sunday at 11.30.
Training continues as normal for our u11 and u9 groups.
Please ensure that membership is paid for all underage players. Membership is paid using Clubforce and is accessible through club website.
The nursery returns on Saturday 26th March. We look forward to welcoming all our new and returning members.
A Coaching seminar takes place on Saturday from 9 to 11 in Belclare. This is a collaboration with the ladies club and should be a very informative morning.
