DREAM TEAM AWARDS: Congratulations to our Club players named on the Claregalway Hotel Galway Gaelic Football Senior Dream Team for 2018. The players received their awards at a gala function in the Hotel on Friday night. Those receiving awards were Bernard Power, Liam Silke, Kieran Molloy, Dylan Wall, Ronan Steede and Gary Sice. A special congratulations to Gary who was also named as the Galway GAA footballer of the year 2018. LEAGUE FINAL: We lost to Dunmore MacHales by 0-9 to 0-11 in the division 4 league final played Saturday in Tuam Stadium.
Hard luck lads. AGM: The Annual General Meeting of Corofin GAA Club will be held in Belclare Community Hall on Friday 21 December at 8.00pm sharp. Motions or any Nominations for any committee position or team mentor must be received by the club secretary Jimmy McHugh by 5.30 pm Tuesday 18th December. Full details are available on the Club website. CELEBRATION: The Club is holding a “Night of Celebration” in the Clayton Hotel, Galway commencing at 7.30 pm on Saturday 29 December. Music and dancing are to The Lewd Tunes. Tickets, costing €50, are available from Committee members.
