CLUB NOTES:



The All-Ireland Final against Nemo Rangers has been confirmed for 2.00 pm in Croke Park on St Patrick’s Day. 



Croke Park tickets will be on sale in Corofin pitch between 6.30 and 8.30pm this Thursday evening, 8 March.



Tickets sellers are visiting houses around the parish selling tickets at €20 for our “Night at the Dogs” in Galway Greyhound Stadium on Saturday evening commencing at 7.00 pm.  The first prize is €1000 and the second prize is a weekend in Johnstown House in Kildare while there are 5 other prizes of €100 each.  The draw will take place at the Greyhound Stadium on Saturday night. 



We also ask for your support for our Progressive 25 Card drive taking place at 7.00 pm in Belclare Community Centre, on Sunday. The admission price is €10 and further information can be obtained by contacting Tommy O’Brien at (087) 2424850.



 



Under 6 Coaching Sessions will be starting next Saturday, 10th March, from 10.00 to 11.00 am in Belclare Astro Turf.



 



Sylane Hurling and Camogie Club are hosting the Annual Jack McHugh Memorial U16 Hurling Tournament in Belclare Community pitches on Saturday 10th March with games commencing at 12:30pm. Teams involved are Castlegar, Carnmore, Sarsfields and Sylane. All support is welcome. Refreshments will be provided on the day. Thanks to all involved.



 



The Club offers its sympathy to the family and friends of Mary McInerney, Claretuam;  Mattie Ryder, Gortnagoyne, Dunmore, who died recently in Los Angeles, brother of the late Maureen Kelly, Ballykeaghra and John Newell, Headford, brother of the late Kathleen Fahy, Cummer.  May they rest in peace.
