LOTTO: We had no winner of the lotto jackpot and no match 3. Numbers drawn were 14, 20, 21, 26. Seller’s prize Gerry Collins. Next week’s jackpot €3,200 with draw in Canavans. CLUB NOTES: We wish the best of luck to our senior team and their mentors in the All-Ireland Club semi-final against Moorefield of Kildare taking place at 2.00 pm in O'Connor Park, Tullamore on Saturday. We ask all followers to show support for the team by displaying their flags and banners. Safe travelling to all attending the match. Thanks to all who joined us and contributed to the Galway Bay FM Club Focus programme on the lead up to the All-Ireland Club semi-final which was broadcast on Monday night from Raftery’s Bar.
The Galway senior footballers maintained their excellent run in the League with a 5-point win over Mayo in Pearse Stadium on Sunday.
The Club offers its sympathy to the families and friends of the following who died recently: Martha Keaveney, USA and formerly Clough, sister of Frankie Keaveney; Michael Ryan, Doncaster and formerly Ardskeabeg; Mary Cunningham (née Heneghan) Biggera, Belclare; Kathleen Cullinane (née Cunniffe) Caheravoola, Cummer. May they rest in peace.
