LOTTO: Lotto Numbers drawn were 3, 8, 10, 19. We had no winners. Seller’s prize went to Julie Comer. Next week’s jackpot is €4,250 and draw is in the Club office. CLUB NOTES: Many thanks to all who attended the Club’s AGM in Belclare Hall on Sunday. Details of officers elected are now on the Club website. It was agreed that the membership rates would remain the same as for 2016. Details of membership for 2017 are also on the Club website. GAA National Club Draw tickets are still on sale and are available from senior team members and from any of the committee. The tickets cost €10 and would make an ideal Christmas present for a family member or a friend. Congratulations to 16 year old Corofin jockey Rossa Ryan who rode his first winner as a professional jockey in Dundalk on Friday night. Rossa has played underage football with the Club. The club offers its sympathy to the family and friends of Mary Kate Steede, Ballaghbawn, Belclare. May she rest in peace. LADIES FOOTBALL Corofin minor ladies are playing in the Connacht Minor Final on Saturday next versus Glencar-Manorhamilton. The throw in will be at 1pm, venue to be confirmed, probably a venue in Mayo. All Corofin supporters would be very welcome. Full details will be published as soon as they become available. The girls had a single point win over Clann na nGael 3-11 to 2-13 in the semi final in Mountbellew last Saturday. Amy O'Donovan and Leanne Coen (2) were our goalscorers. Rachel Burke scored the crucial winning point. It was another never say die performance from this team.
