In the lotto draw held on Monday 15 June there was no winner of the lotto jackpot and no match 3s. The numbers drawn were 11, 18, 23, 24. The seller's prize went to Tommy O'Brien. Next week's jackpot is €3,050 and the draw takes place in the Man of Aran. MENS NOTES:
Mayo defeated Galway by four points, 1-15 to 2-8, in the Connacht semi-final on Sunday. The first Galway goal came from a great shot by Gary Sice just before half time. The action returns to the local scene at the weekend when Round 2 of the Senior and Intermediate Football Championship takes place. On Sunday the Intermediate team play St Brendans in Mountbellew, with throw in at 12.00. Later on Sunday evening the Seniors take on Micheál Breathnach in Pearse Stadium, with throw in at 4.45. Best of luck to both teams. Under 8 and 6 continue their training at 10.00 in Belclare on Saturday.
