Well Done to Kieran Histon & Lee Murphy
Kieran Histon and Lee Murphy both took part in the Cork Senior Hurling Championship playing against Carbery. Kieran and Lee both played a part in this game which required extra time to separate the two teams with both teams having 12 points apiece after the final whistle was blown. Unfortunately Carbery ended up winners after the extra time, with a final scoreline of 0-20 to 0-15, but both players made an impact on the game with Kieran Histon playing at full back and keeping the ball away from the goal and Lee Murphy coming in to score a point during the game which helped to bring the game to extra time. Well done to the lads on their achievement and also to Kieran Histon on his involvement with the UCC Senior Football team.
Cúl Camp 2014
The Cobh GAA Club Cúl Camp will run this summer from 30th June to 4th July. The camp is open to 6 to 13 year olds of all skill levels to learn the skills of the gaelic games in a fun and child friendly way. All participants of the camp will receive a free GAA kit and bag.
