CLUB NOTES

Our seniors had a 1-11 to 0-07 victory away to Clonoe last weekend while the reserve drew 0-11 to 0-11. Both seniors and reserves are in action away to Omagh this Sunday at 2:15 and 3:45.

Our U18’s play their final league game at home to Killyclogher next Wednesday evening at 7:30. The U14’s were very unlucky to lose out away to Cookstown in their championship quarter final 6-07 to 4-10. This ended their season. Many thanks to the lads and their coaches Joe, Eddie and Peter for a great season. Coaching for U16 will get underway shortly.

Coaching for all U8 – U12 boys and girls continues on Saturday mornings, all P1’s and P2’s will take part in the Gaelic Start program in the Sports Hall from 10:15 to 11:15, while P3’s – 1st years are in Gardrum Park from 10:00 to 11:30.

As Tyrone are in the qualifiers now there will be games most weekends if they keep winning. Anyone who wants to order tickets for these games with the club must place their order by the Tuesday evening before the games to Joe Rafferty (07821 719969), Jimmy Quinn (07809 301422) or Donal Slevin (07786 150464).

All club members and supporters should be aware of the fantastic ‘Dromore Wellbeing Week’ run by our Health & Wellbeing Committee. There are some fantastic talks and various other activities for all ages. It takes place from Friday 15th June to Saturday 23rd June. More details available on facebook.

Anyone interested in doing the ‘Dromore To The 4’ cycle in July can contact any member of the club committee for details, there are routes to suit all ages and abilities.

Votes of sympathy were passed at the recent monthly committee meeting to the O’Donnell, Fiddis, Colton, Bonner, McCann (Omagh) and McCallan (Carrickmore) families on their recent bereavements.

Please Note

The prize amounts above are what each winner will receive.
