CLUB NOTES
Well done to the reserves who qualified for the championship final with a 1-14 o 2-09 win over Carrickmore on Saturday evening. They will now play Omagh in the final on Saturday 26th in Drumragh at 4.30pm. Our seniors and reserves are both at home to Trillick on Sunday at 12 and 1.30.
Our under 12’s will play Trillick tomorrow (Thursday) evening at home and the U16’s are also at home to Clann Na nGael on Monday evening at 7:30. Coaching for U8’s, and U12’s continues on Saturday mornings at 10:00, there will be a blitz for the U10’s and U12’s this Saturday.
Best wishes from everyone at the club go to young Oran McRory for a speedy recovery after he had to be taken to hospital at the Moy under 12 blitz on Saturday. Oran’s family would like to thank the Moy club and everyone involved in helping Oran following this traumatic incident.
All ticket orders for the All-Ireland semi final must be collected at the changing rooms on Thursday 24th at 8:00 p.m.
The lotto sellers for this weekend are Niall McNulty (Church St.), Niall Colton (Corner), Kevin O’Neill (O'Connors) and Kevin sludden (Central).
The club in conjunction with the Niall Mellon Township Trust are hosting the Whistlin Donkeys in the Sports Centre on Friday 1st September, followed by a youth disco for U16’s on Saturday 2nd.
Votes of sympathy were passed at the recent club meeting to the McCaffrey, McIntosh (Dingannon), Teague, McKinley (Ballycastle), Harpur and Lafferty families on their recent bereavements.
