A huge thank you to everyone who supports St Brigid’s weekly Lotto and to our great Lotto Committee. There was no Lotto jackpot winner on Thursday last and our Jackpot for this week will be €5,400. This week’s draw will be in the Roselawn Inn on Thursday 19th September. St Brigid’s Club Nursery, in association with Sherry Fitzgerald has recommenced. Nursery is 9.30 to 11.00 on Saturdays, all 4 to 7 year olds are welcome. We had great support for our 5k on Sunday 15th. Thank you to Jones Engineering for their sponsorship- about 400 signed up and while there were a few post-match effects from the previous evening’s Five in a Row win by the Dublin men’s team the run was enjoyed by all. Thank you to Brian Michelle and Yvonne in particular for making all the preparations. Congratulations to Paddy Andrews and the Dublin team who won the five in a row and to Ciara Trant and Noelle Healy and the Dublin tLadies eam who won the three in a row, big achievement. Senior Hurlers play Na Fianna in Parnell Park on Sunday next at 3pm. They would love a big support for the match.
