There was no Lotto Jackpot winner last week and the Lotto draw this week will be on Thursday 9th November in The Greyhound. The Jackpot will be €6,400. Thank you very much to everyone who supports St Brigid’s Club Lotto and to our great Lotto Committee. Well done to the Minor Hurlers on their quarterfinal win over N Fionnbarra. Congratulations to the U16 ladies Football team who won their league playoff against Clanna Gael Fontenoy. St Brigids U8 to U12 ladies football squads all had end of season blitzes scheduled over last weekend. Well done to Julie Deignan, Keith Keane and Keith Creedon who each hosted blitzes in Russell Park. U21 Football team went out to Castleknock in their quarter-final. The U21 hurlers are due to play on the coming weekend. Nursery is on Saturday from 9.30 to 11.00 am with all 4 to 7 year olds very welcome. On Monday 6th at 8.30 Declan Darcy will talk in Russell Park about his experience in managing, training and coaching teams at the highest level, and how we can become better coaches. Declan played at the highest level with Leitrim and Dublin, and was a massive leader on the St Brigids team that won our first a Dublin and Leinster Senior Football Championships in 2003. Declan is also an inspirational coach of young players and his talk is not to be missed.
