There was no winner of the Lotto jackpot last Friday so the Jackpot of €15,000 is carried forward, with reserve Jackpot now rising to €2,200. Many thanks to our great committee and to everyone who supports our Club Lotto. Next week's draw is in on Thursday 11th May in Russell Park. Be sure to have your tickets in the draw. Senior Hurlers had a great Championship win over Ballinteer St Johns during the week, leaving just one match remaining in the round robin, we will then meet Naomh Fionnbarra with all to play for. A really lively Senior Championship third round expected with interesting results in all four Senior A groups. Well done to our Inter Hurlers who beat Naomh Fionnbarra 1-14 to 0-06 in their second Championship group game yesterday evening in Russell Park. Junior Hurlers lost narrowly to Lucan on Sunday stand with one win from two with three more games to play.
Well done to St Brigids Amelia Ryan and all of the Dublin U14 Ladies football squad on a fine Leinster Championship win.
Next Saturday 13th St Brigids play Thomas Davis in the second round of Senior Football Championship - note change of time, this match is now due to start at 5pm, with Dublin Minor Hurlers v Wexford preceding it at 3pm.
Intermediate football meet Ballyboughal in St Margarets on 12th at 7.15pm
Junior A team have no match on the coming weekend but await the winners of the Round 1 match between St Oliver Plunketts and Man O War.
Junior C are home at 11.00 on the 14th v Na Gaeil Oga and Junior D are away on 14th at 3pm v St Patricks Palmerstown.
Nursery takes place each Saturday 22nd from 9.30 to 11.00 am, all 4 to 7 year olds are welcome. We are seeking a Nursery Director We need an experienced, knowledgeable and inspirational figure to nurture and develop our Nursery squad. Please contact Paddy Davey 086 822 9312 if you can take this on or play a part in the role.
Our coffee shop is open each weekday evening for the next few weeks as well as on Sunday for the next few weeks- great home baking and hot snacks available.
