Last Monday's lotto numbers: 15,20, 21, 24, two match three; Mary Canavan c/o Padraic Fahy and Kathleen Lavelle c/o Conor Scully, Byrnes shop won the promoters prize and next jackpot €13.750. Our U-21 footballers beat Oranmore-Maree in the opening round of the ‘A’ championship played in Cregg last Sunday morning week by two points. It was level at the break 0-4 to 1-1 with our points coming from Kevin Moylan 0-2 and one each from John Potter and Niall Kinneen while Jamie Prendergast scored the goal for the visitors. The second half was closely contested and either side could have taken the spoils but a goal from Niall Kinneen towards the finish sealed our victory. Final Score Annaghdown 1-6 Oranmore-Maree 1-4 We lost to Corofin by 3 points in U21 'A' Championship last Sunday. A match report will be issued tomorrow.
