Lotto numbers: 12, 16, 26, 27. No winners and Seamus Collier won the promoters prize , next jackpot €8200. We play Leitir Mór in the senior football championship in Pearse Stadium on Sunday at 3.30 please support. We beat Tuam Stars in the Div 1 ‘A’ league in Cregg last Sunday, leading  at the break by five points 1-8 to 0-6  but we found ourselves trailing going in to injury by 0-15 to 1-11 but a late goal from Ger Raftery gave us the points. Johnny Farragher opened our scoring with a early point and points followed from Damien Comer and Frankie Burke. The ‘Stars’ hit back 2 points in a row before Burke pointed a free to make 0-5 to 0-2. Tuam Stars then scored 3 in a row to make it a one point game but Brendan Dooley scored a goal, Burke, Comer and Dooley added points to give us a 1-8 to 0-6 lead at the break. The score was 1-10 to 0-9 after 12 minutes, but five minutes later  it was a one point game as the visitors added 3 further scores, sub Martin O’Neill then got on a point but the ‘Stars’ then went ahead after scoring 3 unanswered point’s, but we got a goal and the points. Forde, F O’Doherty, A Pender, Johnny Farragher, E Mullarkey, S Collier, Jonathan Farragher, Ciaran Duggan, N Coleman, Joey Farragher, D Comer, A Burke, G Raftery, B Dooley, F Burke .Subs used M O’Neill, S Moylan, K Moylan, C Greaney.         Annaghdown U14 Hurlers Win County Final - U14 hurlers eventually came away with a victory over Mountbellew-Moylough in the replay of the U14 C Ocean Hygiene County Championship held at Kenny Park, last Saturday. The final score was Annaghdown 4-10 to Mountbellew-Moylough 2-6. The replay had to go into extra time in order to separate the sides. It was early in the extra time that the boys seemed to relax into the game. The throw for the first period of extra time was won by Damien Curry who quickly passed to Diarmuid Kilcommins now playing full forward. Diarmuid took the ball on a solo run towards goal and then batted the ball into the net. After this the Annaghdown boys opened up their playing pattern with some excellent passing movements and began to take their scoring chances with much greater ease than in normal time.Halfway through extra time the score line was Annaghdown 3-8 to Mountbellew 2-5. In the final stretch Annaghdown added an extra 1-2 to bring the final score to 4-10 to Mountbellew-Moylough 2-6. In the end the Annaghdown boys deserved the win. This win earns the team promotion to Division B1 in the 2015 U15 competitions. Adam Heneghan was Man of the Match.
