I accept that Cumann Lúthchleas Gael; Cumann Peil Gael na mBan & Cumann Camógaíochta na nGael and their affiliated clubs, bear no responsibility for any loss of any nature whatsoever, damage or personal injury howsoever caused, arising from my participation in any sporting activity under the name of Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, Cumann Peil Gael na mBan, Cumann Camógaíochta na nGael or their affiliated clubs.

I hereby renounce all and any claim (which for the avoidance of doubt shall include a claim for personal injury) against Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, Cumann Peil Gael na mBan, Cumann Camógaíochta na nGael or their affiliated clubs, arising from or in relation to, my participation in any sporting event organised by the Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, Cumann Peil Gael na mBan, Cumann Camógaíochta na nGael or their affiliated clubs.
