After winning the South Hurling Title last week, our U19 Footballers were looking to do the double when they took on Kilsheelan-Kilcash in the South Final in Fethard Town Park last Thursday evening. Although the lads gave everything they had, they ended up coming up short by 4 points on the night on a scoreline of 1-12 to 2-5. The team on the night was: Brian O’Halloran, Pat Moroney, Bill Cuddihy, Evan Houlihan, Eoin Fitzgerald, Jack Cleere, Sean Nash, Willie Cleere, Robbie Noonan, Oran Gahan, Finn Madigan, Danny Broderick, Charlie Noonan, Daithi Hogan, Conor Brett, Sean Fitzgerald, Eoin Morrissey, Cormac Duggan, James Ryan.
The year is not over for our U19's as they play Gortnahoe in their County Hurling Semi Final this Wednesday 20th in Templetuohy at 8.
Our Junior A Footballers play their County Quarter Final on this Sunday in Gortnahoe at 1.00
