Tinryland G.F.C. club notes
The U20 B football championship quarter- final between Tinryland and Askea fixed for Friday last was postponed due to bereavements in both clubs. The match has now been re-fixed for Saturday next 26th November at 7 p.m. in the Netwatch training centre in Fenagh.
Tinryland G.F.C. extends condolences to the Maguire family on the passing of Lorraine McGuire’s father Larry Looby from Ardmore Co. Waterford. Condolences are also extended to the Mullins family from Chapelstown on the passing of Kathleen Mullins. Kathleen was a founder member of Bennekerry-Tinryland ladies football club and was a Trojan worker for ladies football over the years. Tinryland G.F.C. also extends sympathy to the Dowling family from Chapelstown on the death of Mary Dowling. Mary was a great supporter of our club over the years and her brothers figured on championship winning teams with Tinryland during the 1970’s.
The club lotto jackpot now stands at €2600 and can be played via the Tinryland G.F.C. club force app or by purchasing a ticket from any committee member.
The A.G.M. has been fixed for Friday 9th December at 8 p.m.
