Summer Picnic plans at an advanced stage
Plans are at an advanced stage for the 1st of 3 Summer Picnic and family fun day events to be held in Tinryland G.A.A. club on Saturday 4th June. The event will begin at 12 noon with a family day comprising an outdoor market including 60 food and arts and craft stalls. There will be plenty of activities provided for young people and it will feature sporting events to include the recently arrived Ukranian community in an effort to welcome them to Carlow.
The highlight of the day will be a concert headlined by top European Queen tribute band QWEEN.
The musical part of the day will begin at 6 p.m. and QWEEN will be supported by Dark States led by Carlow based singer songwriter Justin Kelly.
Tickets for the family fun day cost €5 while all day access including the music concert cost €35.
