St Michaels GFC

St Michael''s Gfc are working on updating our Club Football Development Plan.
Over the next 4 weeks, we will be engaging with and seeking inputs from Players, Coaches, Members and Parents on updating the Club Vision, Club Values and defining goals and an action plan for the next 3 years.
We will be refreshing members on our existing plan and policies such as our juvenile coaching policy, our player pathway, substance use policy and player injury policy. We have engaged with Meath Coaching and Games and sought additional support coaching resources for 2022 with a significant investment.
We are committed to improving and developing our game but as a club we need to collectively agree on a shared vision, a common set of values and create a structured plan for our games development for the future. We welcome and invite inputs over the next 4 weeks which you will see in the form of surveys and workshops.
