As part of GAA National Fitness Inclusion week St Michael''s have setup an 18 post FootGolf course in Deerpark. It is ideal for young and old to give it a go.
Please bring along a ball and have a go or walk around and cheer others on.

This week is GAA National Fitness inclusion week and European Week of Sport (23rd – 30th September) and aims to promote sport, physical and healthy lifestyle activity to everyone regardless of age, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, nationality, or fitness level.

St Michael''s have recently registered as an inclusive club and signed up to the Sport Inclusion Disability Charter with CARA. We are also receiving training on GAA for all from Meath GAA and Inclusion Awareness Training from Meath Sports Partnership. We are looking to take our first steps on the road to better inclusion by taking part in National Inclusion Fitness Week which begins this Thursday.

We are arranging various inclusive fitness activities throughout the week and over the next couple of weeks culminating in a thank you and small recognition events for our brilliant coaches, our over 60''s who make a return this week, our dedicated ever present Covid officers, and our all ireland winner Aine.
