The “Valenteers” night was a great success on Saturday. For those who couldn’t make it a big thanks to all and keep up the good work.

Sars star Ellen Dunphy was part of the Maynooth University team to win the Ashbourne Sheild Final, congratulation to Elen and to Maynooth.
Abbey Shiels lined out as Dublin goalie this weekend, Dublin beat Cork, 2-15 to 2-3 in the football.
In Camogie the Dublin team commenced their league campaign against Galway. Emma Flanagan and Ali Twomey from Lucan lined out with Galway taking the spoils.
Not many Adult matches to report on this week-end as most are cancelled due to the weather and pitch conditions

All Juvenile fixtures were called off this weekend. Let’s hope the weather allows for play to resume next week!
The U15A Girls collected their medals at the clubhouse this weekend for their double/double wins last year making club history as the first team to achieve this. There are 60 girls competing in the Feile this year. With two very strong A & B panels we are hopeful of some more success in 2022.
