Kiltegan GAA EGM Notification
Dear Member of Kiltegan GAA Club,
This email is to notify you of a Special General Meeting (E.G.M) of Kiltegan GAA Club on
Wednesday 17th August 2022 @ 8pm
In St Tegans Hall, Kiltegan
The purpose of the meeting is
a) to consider and approve borrowings towards the following development projects at our club:
- Clubhouse Renovation
- Ball Barriers, Platform Lift & Field Lights Installation
- Tarmacadam on remainder of walkway
- Painting at the club
in accordance with our club constitution section
11.11 Any proposed borrowing of €50,000 or more shall be discussed at an AGM or EGM and must be approved by a simple majority of those present at the AGM or EGM.
b) to amend our club constitution to reflect the financial year end of September 30th as amended by GAA Congress
Our constitution currently reads:
11.12 The end of the Club Financial year shall be October 31st.
To be amended to read:
11.12 The end of the Club Financial year shall be September 30th.
As a valued member of Kiltegan GAA Club you are invited to attend this important club meeting.
