The new ‘Every Step Counts Challenge’ will begin on January 6th and will run over eight weeks until March 3rd, mirroring the GAA’s Ireland Lights Up walking initiative the runs every year in conjunction with Operation Transformation.
We would encourage all of our club and community members to join our club team on the My Life App and help us, as a club, walk a combined total of 4,000km, the equivalent of a trip around the coast of Ireland. Successful clubs will be entered into a draw in their province to win O’Neills Credit Vouchers.
The Every Steps Counts Challenge will enhance this year’s Ireland Lights Up Initiative by providing people with the opportunity to record all their steps throughout the day. Updates on the steps challenge will feature on RTE’s hit show Operation Transformation in the New Year.

4️⃣ Select challenges
5️⃣ Select the challenge for your province. Tap on join and select your club

We would encourage all members of our community get involved in this initiative, doesn’t matter if you are a club member or not. Our club walkway will be open for use to anyone who wants to use it.
