We could sit here and list the countless medals, accolades and accomplishments you won over a glittering 15 Year Intercounty Career.
There is no end to the inspirational catches, sublime scores and magical moments we could reference in an effort to summarize your sustained brilliance on the field for well over a decade.
But for all of the great days out and long nights of celebration you were kind enough to give us, we simply just want to say Thank You Brendan.
No words can do justice to the immense pride you brought to both our Club and the Community as a whole every time you donned the Blue and Gold.
You brought every trophy, medal and prize back to our little part of the Country, sharing your succes and inspiring all around you both young and old.
Monday the 5th of September 2016 when you became the 4th man to raise Liam McCarthy high into sky in The Square in Borrisoleigh
will forever live in the memory of anyone who was lucky enough to be there.
You are the embodiment of what any young sportsman or women should aspire to be. A warrior and a gentleman who won it all and leaves the stage with nothing but best wishes and fond memories from past teamates, opponents and supporters alike.
Without a doubt one of the Greatest ever both on and off the field.
