St. Patricks GAA Club

On Sunday last a large crowd of St. Patricks supporters travelled to Clonmel Sportsfield to support our Under 17 hurlers in the South Tipperary minor B hurling final against Clonmel Óg. Unfortunately many of our players did not reach their true form on the day and Clonmel Óg were victorious by 3-9 to 0-4. The St. Patricks team was: Cormac Duggan, Eoin Fitzgerald, Bill Cuddihy, Pat Moroney, Brian O’Halloran, Jack Cleere Captain, Seán Nash, James Ryan, Robbie Noonan, Evan White, Finn Madigan, William Cleere, Danny Broderick, Daith Hogan, Oran Gahan, Seán Fitzgerald, Tom Ryan, Evan Holohan, Charlie Noonan, Hayden Fleming. Due to illness Conor Brett was unable to line out last Sunday. We thank the Selectors Micheál Broderick, Paul O’Halloran, Michael Nash, Pauric O’Brien and Ciarán Mockler for the time and effort they put into preparing this team. Thanks also to Úna O’Brien who looked after First Aid on Sunday last. However our season is not over yet as we travel to Borrisoleigh for the Co. Quarter Final against Borrisileigh on this Saturday. We thank the many supporters who travelled to Clonmel on Sunday last to support our boys.
