Our under 16 hurlers got their season off to a great start on Monday week last with a victory over Ballingarry by 3.13 to 3.8. This was a great victory as Ballingarry were going for their third South Tipperary under 16 B championship in a row having defeated St. Patricks in a rplay in last years final. They continued this form with a victory over Mullinahone on Saturday last in Anner Park Cloneen when the score read 9-13 to 1-5.The team against Mullinahone was: Conor Brett, Brian O’Halloran, Eoin Fitzgerald, Shaun Nash, Jack Cleere, Evan White, Robbie Noonan, James Ryan, William Cleere, Pat Moroney, Danny Broderick, Joe Traynor, Daithi Hogan, Charlie Noonan, Kyle Colville, Hayden Fleming, Evan Holohan, James Hogan, Tom Ryan. On Monday week last the good times faded a little as Killenaule defeated our boys.
