With 3 out of 4 suicides in Ireland each year being male, the aim of our event is to spread the message to men of all ages that asking for help is never a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength. Reframing masculinity and better mental health literacy will encourage more help seeking behaviour.
We are asking people across Ireland to mobilize in support of our campaign: mothers, wives, fathers, husbands, sons, daughters, friends and colleagues to join our events in support of men's mental health. Our event caters for all cycling abilities. Individuals can join for the fully event, part of the event or virtually.
