Tinryland G.F.C. will review a mixed and busy year and plan for 2022 at the A.G.M. which will be held on this coming Friday 17th December at 8 p.m.
During the year Tinryland exited the Michael Lyng motors Carlow S.F.C. at the quarter final stage while the club was involved in both the 2020 and 2021 Junior (A) finals losing both to St Patricks and Grange respectively. A lot of work is being done at juvenile level with over 100 young players currently involved in the winter training programme.
Tinryland will play Palatine in the semi-final of the Stryve U20 super league on Saturday next 18th December at 6 p.m. in the Netwatch training Centre Fenagh. Tinryland topped the group stages of this competition following wins over Michael Davitts (B) Ballon and Askea.
There are still a number of Christmas trees still for sale in the club following the recent Christmas Village fair.
