Another medal for Adam Murphy
Wearing the colours of Tinryland Athletic Club Adam Murphy from Ballyloo continued his fine season to date when he took the bronze medal in the 200m at the Northern Ireland and Ulster open championships at the Mary Peters track in Belfast on Saturday 31st July. Recent winner of the 200m at the Leinster championships Adam impressively clocked 22.11 seconds to easily win his heat ahead of one of the local favourites Adam Sykes.
In the final Adam did not get a great start but he finished strongly to take the bronze improving his time to 21.96.
