Earlier this year our Online Community Survey for Club Development identified Football Coaching and Games as the number one priority to focus on for our club. 

Based on this feedback, St Michael''s have started the process of completing a Club Football Coaching and Games Development Plan for all of our teams from Adult Level down to Nursery.

As part of the consultation process, members of the club and individuals from the wider community are being asked for their views on Football Development within our club.
Every voice is important, and on October 9th we are going to distribute a survey which will allow us to better understand where we are today and where you, the people of our Club and Community, think the direction the club should go in. 

So please give your views and opinions honestly and openly whether they are positive or negative. Once the results of the survey have been collated, we hope to hold a planning workshop in the  clubhouse to discuss the results and finalise on a plan. In accordance with government guidelines, we hope to hold this workshop on the 28th of October at 7pm.
